Atacama offers a daily rate, and a multi-day all inclusive rate. There are special all-inclusive rates for stays of 2 to 7 days, with prices including all meals, drinks, excursions and transfers. The rate system is quite complex so we will confirm exact pricing upon request. Tierra Atacama is a boutique hotel on the edge of San Pedro de Atacama that really shows the spirit of the altiplano. The hotel combines outdoor adventure with indoor comforts, hospitality and great service. The architecture, interiors, grounds and spa were designed by Chilean designers who wanted to maintain the local cultural influences while also creating a comfortable and appealing place to travellers: an inviting place conducive to relaxation, good conversation and friendship. Decoration is casually elegant in a neo-minimal style. Each room has unique hand made textiles and crafts that were carefully selected from the different villages of the Atacama desert. Of the thirty two rooms, thirty are designed for two people and there are two Family Suites with three bedrooms and three bathrooms each. All the rooms are equipped with wireless internet connection, central heating, air conditioning, safe, hair dryer and telephone. Tranquility reigns as there is no TV in the rooms.
The restaurant features traditional Chilean and Andean dishes, which tend to be light and heathy. Vegetarian options are provided at every meal. Tierra Atacama offers All Inclusive packages, that seems to be the ideal way to enjoy this hotel and region; excursions are in small groups with knowledgeable, outgoing, English speaking guides.
Family Information
The hotel has two Family Rooms which are made up of 3 interconnecting rooms, each with their own bathroom. They are for a minimum of 4 people and a maximum of 6. Children and young adults aged 4 - 17 in a Family room pay the Child or Young Adult rate. Adults pay adult rate and a 10% surcharge. At least 2 passengers per Family Room must pay the adult rate and 10% surcharge and the minimum fee for a Family Room is 4 paying guests. Children under 4 years old are free.

Full-Board package includes: Transfer from and to Calama Airport, American Breakfast, lunch and dinner, open Bar (Premium wines and vintage liquors available at an additional cost). Two half day excursions or one full day excursion daily in small groups with other guests. Use of pools, sauna and Jacuzzi. (Massages, treatments and therapies payable in the hotel).
