There is no room tax except for Chilean residents (tax of 19%). Quincho Country Home is surrounded by a four hectare garden of lawns and woodland near Puerto Varas at the southern end of Chile's Lake District. There are natural textures and colors in the decor throughout the house and the use of wood, in a combination of traditional and modern lines, gives an intimate and warm ambiance. There is a living area with a big open fireplace and panoramic windows towards the lake - an inviting place for a relaxed conversation and a glass of good Chilean wine. There are four rooms (two suites and two junior suites) all equipped with TV, CD player, WiFi, direct dial telephone, hairdryer, comfortable bathrobes, a living area and safety box. The spacious rooms are attractively decorated, all with full bathrooms and large beds. Personalized service is the strength of the Quincho Team and they pay great attention to detail. Chef Claudio Ubeda creates a Chilean Gourmet menu every day, using seasonal, fresh vegetables, fish, seafood and meat; there are always two exquisite alternatives to choose from. The staff will help you with several day or half-day trips to Chiloe Island, Petrohue Falls and Osorno Volcano .

Cancellation Policy:
A non-refundable deposit of 15% will be taken by Inns of Chile when confirming your reservation. An additional non-refundable deposit of 50 euros will be taken by the hotel at this time. Both of these amounts will be credited to your account at final checkout. The balance of full prepayment will be taken thirty days prior to your reservation date. If cancelled 29 to 15 days of expected arrival, 75% of full payment will be retained. If cancelled 14 to 0 days prior to arrival, 100% of total cost will be retained. If cancelled less than 7 days before expected arrival, full payment will be retained. No show, full payment will be retained.
