In a virgin and still unexplored landscape with rivers and mountains, Hacienda Tres Lagos is located between three lakes, glaciers, waterfalls, caverns and volcanoes. The ecosystem here is preserved and protected to allow guests to enjoy the unique experience of being in one of the most unspoiled destinations in the world for its fauna and flora. The Hacienda's design, architecture and decoration are elegantly rustic, respecting local styles. A large property, at one with its surroundings, guests may interact with nature in a quiet and private environment. There are twenty ensuite rooms at Tres Lagos: Tradicional Family: Five splendid rooms, bungalows or independent little villas surrounded by huge garden areas with beautiful decoration and with one double bed, one extra pull-out bed, walk-in closet, little desk, I-Pod, safe, mini bar, hair dryer, fire oven and amenities. Complete bathroom, private terrace equipped with comfortable outside furnitures, panoramic view over the garden, haciendaparks and view over the lake. Capacity 4 persons. Luxury: Twelve luxury rooms with a relaxing design, nine of them with with kingsize bed and three with two twin beds, four rooms per bungalow, two in the ground floor, two in the first floor, each bungalow is surrounded by huge garden areas with terrace and balcony offering a wonderful panoramic view. Each luxury room has a spacious bathroom (shower and bathtub), walk-in closet, I-Pod, safe, mini bar, hair dryer, fire oven and amenities. Capacity 2 persons. Suite: Two spacious suites with panoramic views, situated on the second floor of the main building. The anteroom is equipped with an individual bed, big balcony, complete bathroom (shower and bathtub), walk-in closet, I-Pod, safe, mini bar, hair dryer, fire oven and amenities. Capacity 3 persons. There are two restaurants here: Quincho “Mi Querido Tío Pancho” Patagonian Grill, with very high quality meats and innovative cuisine. An example is the famous Patagonian style grilled lamb on skewer. The meat is always served with a rich garnish of salad from the vegetable garden. As starters try sopaipillas (fried bred) and typical sauces of the region, “Chancho en piedra” (made of tomato sauce, chili, pepper, parsley, garlic and vinegar) and “Pebre” (parsley, lemon, chili, onion). The special atmosphere of the Quincho is designed with the aim to build friendship. Beside the general fireplace exists another fire with grill and a further wood-burning stove. Hostería “Don Domingo” offers regional cuisine with the use of first class ingredients, like rabbit, pheasant, rhubarb, rainbow trout, hake, Patagonian salmon and further typical products. Try the Patagonian lamb, which is unique in the world. The wine cellar has an extensive list of Chilean wines including Cabernet-Sauvignon, Carmenére, Shiraz, Pinot Noir, Merlot and blends between them without to forget the excellent Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Riesling and Late Harvest.
